  My entire family and I were so appreciative of the time they took to make a slide show of photos. This was so nice to be able to share with our family and friends.

  My family and I were truly grateful for the wonderful service and compassion that the director and the staff showed to us. We felt that they were very sincere and did an outstanding job of following through with the wishes for my fathers funeral.

  Our experience was horrible. Not only did they kick everyone out halfway thru the service, when my grandmother was grieving over my father.. the director said we had to put a rush on things while he was rolling his eyes and constantly checking his watch. They were very disrespectful and heartless. The old director was much better. We definitely weren't able to give my father the service that he would have liked. We didn't get to say proper goodbyes. And when we expressed our concerns, the director didn't care. I would recommend Strickland funeral services for the service needs to be in caldwell. Wish we would have went with another funeral home. This was by far the worse service I have ever seen. Broke our hearts 10 times more. The director should not be in that business.

  Recently had flowers sent to my friend out in Texas and had an easy, smooth experience with Phillips and Luckey (Caldwell). A few hours after ordering, the flowers I picked weren't available and I received a notification.
  
  Due to my location, I couldn't call so I hoped they would be fast with a reply from my email to go ahead and pick diff flowers. IMMEDIATELY received an email saying they would do just that.
  
  They were fast with everything and my buddy loved the flowers. Awesome!
